Please note that if your account is being managed, your "investor" password will be read-only and you will not be able to enter trades.
A few important notes:
1. For security purposes, we recommend changing your MT4 password after logging in for the first time. This can be performed on your MT4 platform by choosing Tools > Options > Server Tab > Change. Please note that if you are issued an "investor" password, you will not be able to manually reset it.
2. We currently offer 45 Forex pairs and CFD's combined. If you don't see 45 financial instruments listed in the "Market Watch" section of your MT4, simply right-click within the Market Watch and choose "Show All" to have all of the instruments appear.
3. If you see a "Waiting for Update" message appear in your charts, please "drag and drop" the desired currency pair from the Market Watch panel into the blank chart(s).
4. While FXPRIMUS is an STP brokerage and offers superior spreads and liquidity there will at times be periods of extreme volatility in which a customer might not be able to enter and exit their trades at the exact price(s) they desire. These times may include economic events and world news events. With this in mind, we urge our customers to exercise caution when trading during these times.
