Dear Valued Clients:

On December 24th to December 26th 2014, the Christmas holiday in the US is being observed. The following schedule is to be observed from both an operational perspective & trading perspective from December 24th to December 26th 2014:

Operational:

Funding/Withdrawals: Deposits will be limited on December 24th 2014. No deposits will be processed on December 25th or December 26th 2014. Withdrawals will not be processed on December 25th 2014.

Live Chat: Will not be operational from December 25th 2014, 1PM (EST) to December 26th 2014, 6PM (EST).

Email Support: Will be limited on December 24th 2014 and non operational on December 25th and 26th 2014. As a result, you may experience longer than normal response times to general inquiries. For anything urgent, please contact Live Chat.

Compliance: Will be limited on December 24th 2014 and non operational on December 25th and 26th 2014.

Upcoming US Dollar Index Expiration

Dear irfan arief,

We would like to remind you that this month's Dollar Index contract is set to expire on 11 December 2014 at 00:00 MT4. The new month's Dollar Index contract will reopen on 12 December 2014 at 03:00 MT4. If you do not see the Dollar Index instrument "DXA" in your MT4 Market Watch, simply right-click within the MT4 Market Watch and select "Show All".

Please note that monthly Dollar Index expiration takes place one day prior to the expiration of its underlying futures contract at our closing bid/ask price. All open positions on the expiring contract will be closed, all floating profit and loss will be realized and all pending orders will be deleted. No positions will be rolled forward into the new contract. Please note that it will be within the responsibility of the client to re-initiate any expired Dollar Index positions.

Please note that you may manually execute trades on the new contract at the open of the next trading session at 03:00 MT4 time.
